April 27 Update

I talked to Keith’s mother Wendy early this a.m. While Wendy sat with Keith talking about the Lakers and how they are doing in the playoffs (It’s a good thing it isn’t football season yet because Keith would be REALLY depressed to hear about how the Raiders would be doing), he was off the ventilator for 3-hours breathing on his own. He was able to open an eye which was exciting for mom to see. Remember, it’s still early and we are taking things one step at a time.

I will update this blog this evening as more details become available.

    I am glad to hear about keiths progress and how he's been doing as days go by. Keith is a strong person and i know he will get though this.. My prayers are with u and your family.

    & Wendy is right.. Keith would not be a happy camper if it was Raider Season... Please let him know about the Draft and who Raiders selected.. Im pretty sure he would love to know and be up to date with his Raiders..

    2nd round: Mike Mitchell (strong safety) from University of Ohio

    3rd round: Matt Shaughnessy Defensive End from Wisconsin

    4th round: Louis Murphy (Wide Receiver) from University of Florida

    6th round: Brandon Myers (Tide End)from University of Iowa

    We all miss you here Keith.. I miss the early phone calls every morning to give us the morning run down. :)
